I’m not really familiar with web technologies…. this is kind of intimidating.
We don't expect you to be an expert in web design and web technologies... that's why you hired US, right!? We will patiently answer any questions you have and to explain things to you in plain English. No techno mumble jumble… just straightforward answers in plain English!I know I need a website but this is so overwhelming I have no idea where to start!
Don’t worry, we have extensive experience with creating websites starting with just a concept and driving it to completion. We will sit down with you 1-on-1 to understand your business and then walk you through the process we follow which is:Idea -> Requirements -> Development -> Testing -> Go Live -> Training -> Maintenance
How much work is going to be required on my end?
We won’t lie to you. There ARE some things you are going to be responsible for completing. And just like you expect us to work towards milestones and deadlines we expect the same of our clients. We do work to provide you very clear Action Item lists and work with you to set a schedule that we can all work towards. Some items you will be responsible for are:Content
This is all of the Text that appears on your web pages. It’s our job to lay it out in a nice looking manner but you will have to type all of the text out. Our preferred method is to have you open Microsoft Word and create a section for each of your web pages with the information you want to share with your potential clients. This is the most time efficient way of providing information to us. By saving on our time, we are saving on your budget!
Images
If there are specific photos or images you want us to use it is very helpful if you provide them for us. Otherwise, our graphic designers can create these for you.
Online Stores only:
Product descriptions, pricing, taxes, shipping, etc.

Availability
We are located in Austin, Texas, which is in the Central Standard Time Zone. We work with clients throughout the world as well as in Austin. If you are in Austin, we are happy to meet with you face to face. If you are outside of Austin we are able to schedule conference calls with you where we can share out our computer so that we can look at the same screen while we discuss your site. Additionally, we use email and instant messenger to communicate with our clients.
How do payments work?
Payments may be made in 3 installments. A 50% retainer fee is required up-front.We accept checks, credit cards, and money orders. Returned check fees will apply.
